- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined. Don’t overmix or patties will be tough.
- Form mixture into 4-6 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
